OT Fitness Track and Field

TRAINING PERIODS       
The training year is divided into 3 periods


2018 – Fall Session Conditioning: Group training
Monday October 1, 2018 – Friday November 23, 2018
DAYS: Mondays and Wednesdays (5:30pm - 7:30pm)
Payments:
$452.00 for 2 sessions per week (Monday and Wednesday), OT Fitness will offer a 3rd day at no cost (Friday)
Individualized training day and times will be arranged between November 26th. - December 14th.

2019 – Winter Session
Monday January 17, 2019 – Friday March 1, 2019

2019 – Spring Session 
Monday March 2, 2019 – Friday May 31, 2019

Training sessions may involve 2 or 3 other athletes (November 2018 - May 2019)
